Cabot Trail Relay Race Discussion Board

Hi! This year will be my first time participating in the Cabot Trail Relay. Could someone point me towards a resource with the elevation profile of the route? I'm looking for a digital file (e.g. GPX), not a description such as in a PDF. I've searched Google to find Strava activities, but I haven't found anything. Thank you for sharing!
