Below is the meal order form for this years relay. We request that you fill it out and submit it to us by May 1, 2012. If we do not receive an order form from your team we will assume the following meal split:
- Steak: 5
- Lobster: 9
- Veggie: 3
Unfortunately we do not think we can accommodate any guests at the banquet this year. However, if you have any guests please fill in the ‘Guest Order’ form below and we will see what we can do. Sorry no promises.
